Tony Ferguson
CEO - Founder

Tony is a fourth-generation entrepreneur and has over 25 years of experience in the finance, software, and payments industries. He is passionate about building innovative products and solutions that make it easier and more efficient for people to pay and be paid. Prior to Penny, Tony founded EML Payments (ASX EML) in 2001, the first and largest prepaid payment processor in Australia.

Craig Waterhouse
CTO

Technical project manager and information security specialist with 20+ years of experience leading and managing complex IT projects across people, processes, and technologies, including PCI compliance. Expertise in project delivery, cloud infrastructure, information security domains, standards alignment, and regulatory compliance. Proven track record of success in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
